Shuffle Up - "When dealers suspect some player of 'shuffle traking' (see the previous entry), as they fear and try to avoid this as much as possible, one of the custom measures they take is to shuffele the cards especially when the suspected player increases the bet; but sometimes they might become suspicious with regular non-counting players as well and when they do shuffle the cards in cases like these, this is called to be a 'shuffle up'."
