Stripping - "Technique of shuffling the cards in a deck having the purpose of reversing the order of the cards. It's the same with taking one after another the cards, beginning with the top of deck, and putting them on the gaming table, one above the other, untill the last one. This can be performed faster by dealers who pick clusters of cards from the top and pull them rapidly down one by one, repeating this untill the deck finishes. The stripping thus performed can be more or less fine, depending on the number of the cards picked at once by the dealer and, obviously, on dealer's skill."
