Tournament - "A gaming competition within a given time span where two or more plyers take place and the winner is either the player who accumulates the highest record or the one who bursts out last. Tournaments differ from casino to casino even when it's about the same game. Thus, for a poker tournament for instance, a tournament can sell the players chips valuing 500$ for 50$ only and they can be used only inside that tournament. Prizes are sometimes offered only to the winner of the tournament and sometimes to some other players with good game result as well, but the value of the prizes given in a tournament are established by the organizers and have no precise rules or limits. Even special rules for the antes or betting actions may be establish for a tournament only, most of the times this having the goal to keep the tournament within the time limits established by the organizers."
