Trump Entertainment Resorts announced Tuesday that Keystone Redevelopment Partners has signed an option agreement for the purchase of 12 acres of land in
Philadelphia for TrumpStreet Casino and Entertainment Complex. The additional 12 acres will be purchased with Tasty Baking Company.
With the additional 12 acres, TrumpStreet is planned to be 30 acres. The additional land will be used as a temporary gaming area that will include more than 1,500 slot machines. The Casino and Entertainment Complex will be located at the intersection of Interstate 76 and Pennsylvania Route 1, where Budd Co. factory used to take place.
Keystone Redevelopment Partners is a joint venture of the leading gaming company Trump Entertainment and a group of local investors of Philadelphia area. The company is waiting for the approval of Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board due to the end of the year. Trump Entertainment Resorts owns and operates three casino resorts properties in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
