Broadwater Development LLP will introduce plans for casino resort project in a Biloxi Planning Commission next week. The project estimated cost is over 1 billion dollars.
The planned project includes two casinos in addition to a golf course, entertainment halls, restaurants and housing on 260 acres. One of the casinos will be located south of US 90 and the second one will be placed instead of the Broadwater Hotel.
The developments project manager Mark Calvert said the resort would include both hotel rooms and condominiums. Broadwater will also keep a marina that will host yacht clubs, boat sales and other events.
