The leading gaming company Harrahs Entertainment was selected by Asian Enterprise Magazine as one of the Top 20 companies for Asian Pacific Americans. Harrahs was selected as part of the magazine 12th Annual Asian Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Fred Keeton, vice president of external affairs and chief diversity officer of Harrahs, said that the company was honored to be selected as part of the Top 20 companies for Asian Americans. He said that Harrahs is committed to encourage inclusion of Asian Pacific Americans and other people of color in all of the areas.
The Top 20 companies for Asian Pacific Americans of Asian Enterprise Magazine included companies that have made significant efforts to include Asian Pacific Americans and other minorities in its place of work.
Harrahs Entertainment is the biggest supplier of casino entertainment in the gaming industry. It owns or operates through several subsidiaries more than 40 casinos in three countries including the States, Uruguay and Canada.
