Iowa billion dollar gambling industry is going through a serious expansion. During the next year, four riverboat casinos are expected to open and 10 casinos will be renovated. The total money invested in Iowa gambling industry in the future 14 month is more than 742 million dollars.
The up coming projects include the 85 million dollars Horseshoe Casino, the 40 million dollars Diamond Jo Worth riverboat casino, 35 million dollars Wild Rose and the 107 million dollars Riverside Casino and Golf Resort Casino. Meskwaki Casino will be renovated in the cost of 111 million dollars.
The new Iowa casinos are estimated to add about 200 million dollars to the annual gambling revenue. The average number of visitors in Iowa casinos is about 18 million, who are spending about 1.1 billion dollars on gambling.
