A Man from New London Connecticut was taking into police custody after he allegedly flashed his genitalia to a 12 year old girl. The alleged incident took place at the Tree House Arcade inside the Foxwoods Resort and Casino. The man immediately tried to flee the scene after the girl yelled for help, but he was caught by casino security.
The Man, Shelton Hendricks age 49, of 15 Grand Street is accused of flashing his private parts to a 12 year old girl who was in the Foxwoods casino's Arcade around 10pm on Thursday night.
The suspect attempted to escape from police during questioning by the State Police Casino Unit. He managed to get into a parking structure adjacent to the casino before being stopped by a casino security guard with a Taser.
The man was taken for treatment for some minor injuries at the William W Backus Hospital. After being released from the hospital police took the man to the Corrigan Radgowski Correctional Center and is currently being held on $250,000 cash bond.
The man is being charged with risking injury to a minor, public indecency, breach of peace and interfering with a police investigation.
Hendricks was arraigned on Friday at the New London Superior Court.
