The Foxwoods Resort Casino and the Mohegan Sun report millions of dollars in benefits out of slots.
The Mohegan Sun Casino and the Foxwoods Resort Casino have reported their revenues in February. Both had immense wins from slots. In total, around 70 million dollars each. This is a remarkable increase over February 2005. In the case of the Foxwoods, the casino won 67,4 million dollars in slots revenues, which means around 500,000 dollar increase over last year%u2019s revenues the same month. In its turn, the Mohegan Sun increased its slots revenues in more than 1 million dollars.
The state obviously has a share in these slots revenues. According to the state Division of Special Revenue, the state%u2019s shares are the following: from the Foxwoods its share is 16,8 million dollars, and from the Mohegan Sun is 17,2 million dollars.
