The gaming company Las Vegas Sands had announced Wednesday adding a new senior vice president to the company executive team. Kevin Kelley, who up until now served as the president and chief operating officer of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, will join Sands as a senior vice president.
Las Vegas Sands executive vice president Bradley H. Stone said that they believe that Kevin Kelley 20 years experience in hotel and casino management would benefit the company. During his 3.5 years at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the company revenues increased. Before working at Hard Rock, Kelly held several executive positions at Station Casinos.
According to Bradley H. Stone, the company plans to grow and spread overseas requires Kelleys broad knowledge and experience. Las Vegas Sands extension plans include the building of The Venetian Macao on the Cotai Strip in the Peoples Republic of China Special Administrative Region of Macao in addition to the development of several other hotels in Asias Las Vegas and in the Marina Bay in Singapore.
