A man from New Jersey won over 2 million dollars playing a slot machine at Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa on Saturday. The Roseland resident was playing the nickel machine Wheel of Fortune machine for about twenty minutes with an investment of 100 dollars.
This winning was the third winning of over one million dollars jackpot since the casino opening in July 2003. In 2004, Guadalupe Lopez, Jennifer Lopez mother, won 2.4 million dollars for playing the Wheel of Fortune slot machine.
In December 2005, PowerPrize Jackpot was added to Bogarta slot machines. The jackpot starts at 100,000 dollars and it has to pay before the jackpot reaches 150,000 dollars. When the PowerPrize jackpot hits, a random Bogarta customer who hold a slot club wins the jackpot.
