Oneida Indian Nations Turning Stone Resort and Casino announced hosting a performance by country singer songwriter Jamie ONeal. ONeal performance is scheduled to Saturday, August 12 at 8 pm. Tickets priced at 20 dollars, 25 dollars and 35 dollars.
Jamie ONeal was born in Sidney, Australia in 1968 as Jamie Murphy. Her parents were both musicians who move to Las Vegas to perform at local casinos. At some point, Jamie and her sister Samantha began to join their parents performances. The family band came apart after the parents divorce.

In 1996, she was offered a songwriting contract in a Nashville records company.
ONeal singing songwriting career started to boost with her successful debut album Shiver from 2001, which included the number one hit There Is No Arizona. At the same year, she won the ACMs Top New Female Vocalist Award and Billboards Top New Country Artist honor.
