The famous poker pro Barry Greenstein will join the team of the online poker tournaments website PokerStars.com. Greenstein, who is known as the Robin Hood of Poker, donates all his poker winnings to charity.
Greenstein said he hopes that joining PokerStars team along with the three last WSOP winners, could be a sign for the future. Greenstein quit his job as a software designer at the software company Symantec many years ago to develop a professional poker career.
Nowadays, Greenstein is one of the most famous poker pros in the world. He is ranked amongst the highest cash winners in the poker world and the owner of two WSOP gold bracelets. He is also the author of the poker book Ace on the River. Greenstein donates all his winning from poker tournaments to several charities.
Lee Jones, poker room manager for PokerStars.com said that Greenstein would bring the PokerStars team his talent, integrity and his passion for the poker game. The PokerStars team includes some of the best poker players in the world including WSOP Champions, poker authors, TV commentators and more.
